  • Warranty

    Pickleballs are consumable products and, due to the nature of the game and the injection-moulded construction of the ball, are not covered by warranty against cracking, splitting or normal wear and tear.

    Ball durability is influenced by a number of factors including playing surface, temperature, playing style, paddle type and impact speed. Cold weather, particularly temperatures below 10°C, can significantly increase the likelihood of ball breakage.

  • Pickleball Care Instructions

    To help maximise the life of your pickleballs:

    • Store balls indoors in a dry environment when not in use.
    • Avoid leaving balls in cold vehicles or outdoors overnight during winter.
    • Allow balls to warm to room temperature before play if they have been stored in cold conditions.
    • Use indoor balls on indoor courts and outdoor balls on outdoor courts.
    • Rotate balls regularly during play to help promote even wear.

    Even with proper care, pickleballs will naturally wear over time and occasional breakage is considered a normal part of the sport.


Shipping & Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. On some occasions we may revert to Bank Transfer to speed the refund process up. We will also advise you of the correct address to send the goods back via email. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on your location and order value. Bulky items that need to be sent by truck incur additional freight charges.
