Delivery
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship the bulk of our goods using Castle Parcels for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Delivery times for products vary depending if they are in stock with us or our suppliers. Some products are made to order so you need to allow time for this. Best to check with us. If the product is in stock, you should allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Returns/Refunds
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for an exchange or credit. We will issue a refund if the goods are faulty and you do not want a replacement. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return
