You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. On some occasions we may revert to Bank Transfer to speed the refund process up. We will also advise you of the correct address to send the goods back via email. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on your location and order value. Bulky items that need to be sent by truck incur additional freight charges.
