Shipping & Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. On some occasions we may revert to Bank Transfer to speed the refund process up. We will also advise you of the correct address to send the goods back via email. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and are dependent on your location and order value. Bulky items that need to be sent by truck incur additional freight charges.
